How Trello Pricing Works
Trello pricing is billed per user, per month, at the Workspace level. Standard and Premium can be billed monthly or annually (annual saves roughly 20%); Enterprise is annual-only with a minimum of around 50 users. Guests added to just one board are typically free, but a guest added to more than one board is billed as a full user. Multiple Workspaces are licensed separately unless you're on Enterprise, which covers your whole organization under one agreement.

Standard
$5/user/month (annual) or $6 (monthly):
Unlimited boards, custom fields, card mirroring, 1,000 automation runs/month. Best for small-to-mid teams running multiple boards.
Premium
$10/user/month (annual) or $12.50 (monthly)
Adds Timeline, Calendar, Table, Dashboard, and Map views, unlimited automation, and admin/security controls. Best for teams up to ~100 that need multiple project views.
Enterprise
from $17.50/user/month (annual, 50-user minimum)
Adds unlimited Workspaces, org-wide permissions, and free SSO via Atlassian Guard. Best for large, security-conscious organizations.
