OneFlow tracks all core services for jobseekers, and connects jobseekers with the services that they would benefit from. OneFlow provides personalized recommendations and qualified referrals for intensive services, enabling jobseekers to reduce waiting times, and recieve relevant services. National Workforce Association (NWA)
The National Workforce Association is a non-profit that needs to manage its members' payments, annual conference registrations, and keep them aware of the latest news on legislation and funding. NWA uses empyra OneFlow to manage its web channel, memberships, communication, conference registrations, schedule and payments. Salem Community Hospital (SCH)
Salem Community Hospital needed to manage their website, along with specific aspects of their business that needed to be presented in the web channel - events, physicians, babies, menus and more. In addition, SCH needed to be able to have additional content for different authorized users. With OneFlow, SCH is now able to manage their web channel, including baby net and their daily menus, with ease using OneFlow. This has gained them the attention of the press/media, noting how friendly their site is to use. SCH extended the use of OneFlow to cover their intranet and synchronization between internet and intranet for certain shared data such as event calendars and scheduling. OneFlow is used to manage all aspects of their intranet, including internal policies, approvals and intranet content.

Humility of Mary Health Partners
HMHP's community outreach program needed a capability to track teenage mothers through their pregnancy and provide guidance, counseling and to improve outcomes. Empyra was engaged to deploy a platform for the Resource Mothers Program to track, monitor and report progress and outcomes on the teenage mothers. The site is live with an extremely satisfied customer. The community outreach program has been able to do more with the use of OneFlow that they have already increased the number of fulltime volunteers from 1 to 5.
