Product consulting: to ensure that customers accomplish the goals they set out by implementing empyra's products.  Our staff work with customers to maximize benefits of using empyra's products.

Our product consulting starts with an analysis of your needs, resulting in recommendations and an implementation plan using empyra's product implementation roadmap.  Our consulting staff will work closely with you and empyra technical staff to coordinate your requirements with product features and configuration plans.  Our consulting and support staff will continue to work closely with you and your staff as the implementation is rolled out, providing training services (or train the trainer services) and ongoing support to ensure that the implementation / roll out is smooth.
