Empyra OneFlow is a software tool for Workforce Development.

Workforce Development and the nationwide One-Stops are assigned the task of being the liaison and collaborators among employers, jobseekers, training partners, state required assessments, reporting and program administration; no small task to say the least. The tools provided to this dedicated group are wide ranging from a manual paper trail, to state systems which are as powerful as they are cumbersome.

Every fiscal year we see Workforce Development lose more budget dollars while increasing their administrative burden. OneFlow can help to bridge the chasm for these organizations enabling them to automate many of the functions they are required to administer, and design reports that measure progress for individuals and local One-Stop Areas.

OneFlow reduces the cost of registering and authenticating One-Stop visitors, while tracking the services which jobseekers are required to participate. In addition OneFlow will track the optional services requested by jobseekers during their search for new employment or while training for new careers. OneFlow moves the clerical function currently maintained by One-Stop staff to the software, enabling the staff to assist jobseeker clients in more meaningful services. OneFlow eliminates the mundane task of filing and analysis in favor of more positive functions of making recommendations or assisting a jobseeker directly with improved results.

OneFlow is a scalable architecture which can be used by One-Stop’s for detailed reports on demographics and service tracking for standard requirements in addition to grant applications, program compliance or mandated services. OneFlow will reduce operating costs, increase efficiency and productivity while helping to meet deadlines with our report generator.
